Who is responsible for your data

Dee's Interiors, Düsseldorf, Germany. You can reach me at home@deesinteriors.com. I am the controller responsible for your personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Full legal details will be added here once available.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect only the details you choose to share with me. I never collect data without you entering it yourself.

• Your name and email address (so I can reply to you)
• Your phone number, if you choose to add it
• The service you're interested in and your message

Why I use your data

I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, if you'd like to go ahead, to arrange and carry out a consultation or project. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking steps at your request before a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (my legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry).

How your data is processed

Your enquiry is submitted through this website and stored securely. It is forwarded to my business email account (Microsoft 365 / Outlook) so I can read and reply to it, and a calendar reminder may be created so I remember to follow up with you. I do not pass your data to any third party for their own purposes.

How long I keep your data

I keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and complete any project you book, and afterwards only for as long as required by law or for legitimate business follow-up. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.

Who else is involved

I work with trusted service providers that may process data on my behalf as processors: Microsoft (email and calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365) and Base44 (the platform that hosts this website and stores enquiry records). These providers are bound by their own GDPR-compliant agreements and process data only on my instructions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any essential or analytics tools used by the platform process only the minimum technical data needed to keep the site working, in line with the platform's own privacy practices.
