These terms describe how I work with you, so we both know what to expect. Please read them before booking.
About me
Dee's Interiors is an independent home organisation and interior styling studio based in Düsseldorf, working with clients across the city and the Neuss area. I provide services to private household clients.
The consultation
Every project begins with an initial consultation — a 60–90 minute visit to your home, charged at €80. This fee is credited in full toward any package you go on to book. The consultation is offered without any obligation to continue with a paid package.
Quotes and pricing
The prices listed on this site are starting points. Your final quote is agreed during the consultation, once I've seen your space and understood what you'd like to achieve, and a written, no-obligation quote follows.
Appointments and cancellations
I'll arrange appointments at a time that suits us both. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked session may, at my discretion, be charged at half the agreed rate.
What I need from you
To work safely and well, I need honest information about your home and access to the rooms we're working on. Any decisions about what to keep, let go of or change are always yours.
Storage and products
Quoted prices exclude the cost of storage products, décor and any third-party items. Where I source these on your behalf, I'll agree the budget with you in advance. Additional hours beyond the included maximum are billed at €40 per hour. Travel within Düsseldorf and Neuss is included.
Liability
I take great care with your home and belongings, but I cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or items of extraordinary value that you haven't drawn to my attention in advance. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to typical and foreseeable damage.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version applying to your booking is the one published on this page at the time you confirm your project.
